- 3 3/4 to 4 cups (450g to 480g) King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 teaspoons salt, to taste

- 300g sourdough starter3/4 cup (170g) lukewarm water (100°F to 115°F)
- 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 tablespoon (11g) sugar
- 3 cups (360g) King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, to taste
